Returns

• We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of your order date.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tinywordsbigmagic.com, and we’ll make it right!
